Lhotzky and Partners
Lhotzky and Partners engineering company was founded in 1990 by the entrepreneurs Kurt Lhotzky, Klaus Nolting and Karsten Schrader. The aim of the founders was to assist companies and institutions using their expertise in construction projects.
Since then, the company has earned its reputation as a competent, reliable and flexible specialist partner for medium-sized companies, corporations and the public sector.
Today, under the leadership of Karsten Schrader from Braunschweig, the Lhotzky and Partners team manages and monitors numerous major projects and construction sites, both in Germany and other European countries.

- settlement survey (Hydrostatische Linienvermessung),
- project management for site remediation, demolition / deconstruction and environmental remediation,
- environmental expertises and remediation planning,
- land survey and data supported construction monitoring,
- measurement- and sampling-techniques,
- soil and groundwater survey and
- health and safety – SSC.
