observe the progress of work by the hired contractor. The demolition proceeds as planned. At first the roof and the floor of the car park were consecutively prised open and removed as planned. Parallelly concrete and steel reinforcement were separated according to the rules. Afterwards the demolition contractor filled the cavern with sand.
